This is a world where abnormalities is becoming normalities. Now to your question I don't think it is a bad thing to marry your friends' father, but it might depends on what your friend says if she is cool with it or not. So far you are not related to your friend's father then you are free but make sure the man is a widower and not a divorcee or just been separated from your friend's mother. I don't think there is any lady that will allow her friend be a second wife to her dad if her mother is still alive.
