Greetings!
One thing about this life is that it's not a balanced life. No wonder people used to say that this life is not balanced. It's the situation and the looks of things that made me believe in this very popular saying. If we critically looked at the lives of people, one would see that this life is not balanced at all.
We have seen some working so hard without anything to show for it. Also, we have seen people not working so hard and what they have achieved in their lives is immeasurable. Such is life and this indeed has made the life we are living not to be a balanced life.
Not only that, but also, we have seen a promising child turning out not to live to the expectation of what the people have thought of him when he was growing up and to some that have written off, we now see them excelling in life. All these are pointers to the fact that this life is not balanced at all.
Having said so much about life and it's unbalanced nature, I would like to delve into the prompt in the Hive learners community which is all about, “Have you ever felt left behind “
To the context of the prompt, I have really felt left behind and even now, I'm still feeling the same, but in all, I still give glory to Almighty God, for taking me from where I used to be to another level of my life. Although, I'm not where I supposed to be, but at the same, I'm not where I used to be.
The thing is, this life can be so funny at times, it's funny just because those that we started together are now doing well and I, who was the brightest among them, is not performing as well as they are. In fact, I would say that I'm not operating at their level when it comes to their achievements and their financial strength.
Although I used to be angry with myself a long time ago, all that has now changed as I believe that I will meet up with them and even overtake them as they can not achieve my own success with theirs, and whenever they are celebrating their achievements, I do with them. I'm always happy for them whenever they record a new success and I believe they would soon rejoice with me as well.
Thanks for reading.
