聽聽 Disfruto mucho de realizar actividad f铆sica, pero muchas veces los compromisos, me alejan del ciclismo y del running, dos pasiones qu茅 amo realizar. Los Burpees, me tienen muy comprometidos y estoy a m谩s de la mitad del reto y por supuesto, hasta el final no paro. Pero de vez en cuando salgo a disfrutar de trotar un rato. 隆Recomendable!

El plan 5 vueltas, con un total de 6 km aproximadamente y como lo dije en el video, mi celular no ten铆a bater铆a. ERROR imperdonable, para un creador de contenidos.
