隆Recomendable!
! [English]I really enjoy doing physical activity, but many times commitments take me away from cycling and running, two passions that I love to do. Burpees have me very committed and I'm more than half way through the challenge and of course, I'm not stopping until the end. But every now and then I go out and enjoy jogging for a while. Recommendable!

聽聽聽聽聽 La meta de entrenamiento se cumpli贸 y realmente las sensaciones fueron maravillosas.
隆Saludos!
! [English]The training goal was achieved and the sensations were really wonderful. The pain came later, but who can take away what you danced, my father used to say.
I hope you enjoy the video, leave me your perceptions and above all, inspire you to do physical activity.
Greetings!
