I actually attended one of the events his team held in my state. It was really good and informative, but you had to pay a fee if you wanted to attend the course. And this course was about the stock market

Today was leg day. I did a mile of running jogging. I did 3x15 jump roping. Leg press 3x15, dead lifts 3x15 romanian dead lift seated leg curl and some lunges lol I did my over 100 reps! Im really liking
