This is the Nigerian Delicacy known as Nkwobi.
It's a well garnished and assorted combo of the meat of a cow.
Specifically the Nkwobo, is made of Cow Legs (Quite delicious actually) and so many other condiments.
Some of which include, The habanero Pepper, Calabash Nutmeg, The Gongronema leaves (Utazi, as Nigerians call it) , potash, palm oil along side other usual cooking spices (eg) the Onion ontop.
I personally don't know how to make it, but sure do know how to eat it.
It takes time in preparation, but is always worth it.
This post was inspired by my stroll this evening, where I docked in to blow some of the day's steam, and found the meal on the menu.
Now, if ever in Nigeria, this is a must try.
