This is what Yum looks like on a plate.
It's an assorted delicacy, a bit similar to the first meal posted, Nkwobi.
Nkwobi is made from cow leg, which contains a large quantity of bones and meat, particularly in a ratio of 50:50.

But the Isi Ewu... OMG, it's the bomb.
An assorted delicacy made from the head of a goat Goat Head, which is luscious and scrumptious, in all buds

Oh My, you know how free chicken alway taste better than those cultured with synthentic feeds and cages...
That's how great the goat head tastes in comparison with its other parts.

I mean... you have got to have this,
let's just say when typing this with my left hand, the right was having this much fun

Though my friend almost choked when Croatia scored the second goal against Nigeria.

But hey.. atlest one thing got us satisfied.

The Isi Ewu is also made of some iconic items used in making Nkwobi, like the habanero pepper, edible potash, calabash nutmeg, Utazi leaf, palm oil, onions etc.

This is a month of Nigerian Delicacies, straight up from The Momma's Kitchen, with every special match this World Cup comes a special meal.
