Small Squid Fried Flour
Ingredients
1/2 kg Squid, wash and cut
1 btr egg
9-10 tablespoons Wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon mushroom powder (whatever powder broth may be)
A pinch of pepper powder
Oil is a lot to fry
Step
The washed squid was given 1btr eggs aduk2. Then add flour and spices. Stir until the dough does not stick in the hand. (If still stick to add more flour).
Fry in hot oil until crisp. Good luck馃槈
