The name of today's food is Spaghetti
Bugün size sunacağım yemeğin adı: Spagetti
Materials;
A packet of noodles (I chose this as spaghetti)
One tablespoon of oil
One tablespoon of tomato paste
Chicken stock
4 cloves of garlic
Chili pepper
Salt

First, I added salt and a tablespoon of oil to the boiling water. Then I put the pasta in the water.
İlk önce kaynayan suya tuz ve bir yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ ekledim. Daha sonra makarnayı suya koydum.
I washed and grated 6 cloves of garlic. I think the garlic was a little too much :) I noticed this after I ate the spagetti.
6 diş sarımsayı yıkayıp rendeledim. Sanırım sarımsak biraz fazla oldu :) Bunu yemeği yedikten sonra fark ettim.
There was no chicken at home, for that reason I used chicken stock. I dissolved one of them in hot water. I'll add this to the tomato paste later.
Evde tavuk olmadığı için hazır tavuk suyu tabletlerinden bir tanesini sıcak suda erittim. Bunu daha sonra salçalı sosa ekleyeceğim.
Pasta continues to be boiled in water. After it had enough consistency, I strained the pasta.
Makarnalar suda haşlanmaya devam ediyor. Yeterli kıvama geldikten sonra makarnaları süzdüm.
I put half a tea glass of oil in the same pot. Then I added the tomato paste and started frying. After the tomato paste was roasted, I added the chicken stock tablet. I also added the chili papper, salt and garlic to this mixture.
Aynı tencereye yarım çay bardağı sıvı yağ koydum. Daha sonra salçayı ekleyip kavurmaya başladım. Salça kavrulduktan sonra tavuk suyunu ekledim. Daha önceden hazırladığım pul biber, tuz ve sarımsakları da bu karışıma ekledim.
I added the drained pasta into this mixture. After mixing the pasta and sauce with each other, I closed the lid of the pot to take the brew. After about 10 minutes the spaghetti was ready.
Süzdüğüm makarnayı bu karışımın içine ekledim. Makarna ve sosu birbiri ile karıştırdıktan sonra demini alması için tencerenin kapağını kapattım. Yaklaşık 10 dakika sonra spagettim hazırdı.
