A cool and damp morning with temperatures below 10 degrees, but no rain. I had some time for a “Three Bridges” morning walk, and then headed to the venue to finish up some work and rehearse. I racked up quite a few steps on the way there and back, as well as while I was at the venue. I’d done my usual stretching exercises beforehand at home on my treehouse terrace, and I also took a few moments in the quiet of the morning to breathe deeply and clear my head while sipping a fine Japanese green tea. There wasn’t much time for taking photos, but I captured the morning sky and some cool, long shadows in the evening on my way back.

Ein kühler und feuchter Morgen unter 10 Grad, aber kein Regen. Ich hatte etwas Zeit für einen Drei-Brücken-Morningwalk und anschließend dann ab zur Venue für Restarbeiten und Proben. Auf den Hin- und Rückwegen und vor Ort in der Venue habe ich einiges an Schritten gemacht. Die üblichen Dehn- und Stretchübungen hatte ich wieder vorher zu Hause auf meiner Baumhausterrasse gemacht und auch ein wenig in der Ruhe des Morgens geatmet und den Kopf frei gemacht bei einem feinen japanischen Grüntee. Fürs Fotografieren war wenig Zeit, aber ich habe euch den Morgenhimmel und coole lange Schatten am Abend auf dem Rückweg eingefangen.
