Wednesday ☀️ 12170

A beautiful, clear, and quite cold morning on the autumnal equinox at 7 degrees, a full 3 degrees cooler than yesterday. Today definitely called for a long-sleeved shirt, and when the wind picked up, I even briefly considered putting on a jacket. The sky was completely clear, so the sun came to my rescue and warmed me up during my walk around the peninsula, which included breathing exercises and meditation on the banks of the Spree. Every morning is different, and today it was the theme of architecture that captured my attention and drew my eye to the subject. That’s why I focused on monochromatic shapes without color. In the process, I ended up taking one of those shadow selfies again.

Ein schöner, klarer und recht kalter Morgen zur Herbsttagundnachtgleiche bei 7 Grad, also satte 3 Grad weniger als gestern. Heute war definitiv das Langarmshirt angesagt und ich dachte sogar kurz beim aufkommenden Wind an eine Jacke. Es war ein komplett klarer Himmel und daher kam die Sonne zur Hilfe und wärmte mich auf der Halbinselrunde inklusive Atemübungen und Meditation am Ufer an der Spree. Jeder Morgen ist anders und heute war es das Thema Architektur, das meine Aufmerksamkeit und meinen Blick fürs Motiv auf sich zog. Daher auch die Konzentration auf monochrome Formen ohne Farben. Dabei ergab sich dann auch mal wieder eines dieser Shadowselfies.
