It was a fairly crisp, but not really cold, morning in the countryside. The atmosphere here is just different. I took a morning walk to explore our hosts’ property and got in a few early steps. It’s also a castle park, but it surrounds a country castle and is much wilder than the one in Charlottenburg. I paused here and there at one magical spot or another to soak up the atmosphere while breathing mindfully. Later, I flew a drone over the grounds to get an overview, but for now, I’ve brought you a few impressions from my morning walk, like cows, ducks or the couch by the pond, which is, unfortunately, much too dry.

Ein recht frischer, aber nicht wirklich kalter Morgen auf dem Lande. Hier herrscht einfach ein anderes Klima. Ich hab als Morningwalk das Grundstück unserer Gastgeber ausgekundschaftet und dabei ein paar frühe Schritte gemacht. Es ist auch ein Schloßpark, aber um ein Landschloss herum und viel wilder als der in Charlottenburg. Ich hab hier und da am einen oder anderen magischen Ort innegehalten, um die Atmosphäre beim bewussten Atmen aufzunehmen. Später bin ich das Gelände noch für einen Überblick mit einer Drohne überflogen, aber erstmal hab ich euch ein paar Impressionen vom Morningwalk mitgebracht, wie zum Beispiel der Kühe, Enten oder die Couch am leider viel zu trockenen Teich.
