Friday ☀️ 13005

It’s slowly getting colder now, with temperatures below 10 degrees, and a bit rainier. I didn’t have time for a morning walk today because it was setup day for the annual World Health Summit, a conference gig, sort of like a class reunion among us techies, but I’m sure I’ll rack up quite a few steps on my way there and back, as well as at the venue itself. I’d already done my usual stretching exercises earlier today at home on my treehouse terrace, and I also took a few moments in the quiet of the morning to breathe deeply and clear my head while enjoying a fine Japanese green tea. As a result, I didn’t have time to take any photos, so here’s something from the archives.
