Monday ☀️ 5454

A surprisingly cold and damp morning around 7 degrees, but at least there wasn’t much wind. The weekend’s outings were still fresh in my mind, and the sudden cold had really gotten to my legs. So I just did the sporty “Three Bridges” loop with interval walking and added a short but intense breathing and meditation break on the banks of the Spree, better than nothing. I wasn’t really in the mood for taking pictures this morning, but the sun and the droplets on the roses finally convinced me to give it a try.

Ein überraschend kalter und feuchter Morgen um die 7 Grad, aber wenigstens ohne viel Wind. Die Ausflüge des Wochenendes hallten noch nach, und die plötzliche Kälte ist mir doch etwas in die Beine gefahren. Daher habe ich nur die sportliche Drei-Brücke-Runde im Intervall-Walking gemacht und dazu eine kurze, dafür aber intensive Atem- und Meditationspause am Ufer der Spree, besser als gar nichts. Mir war zwar nicht so nach Fotografieren an diesem Morgen, aber die Sonne und die Tropfen auf den Rosen haben mich dann doch überzeugt, mich darauf einzulassen.
