A crisp, very windy, cool morning with the prospect of a thunderstorm later on. Enjoying the cool air, I hopped on my bike and rode to Jungfernheide, which smelled wonderfully of the forest again after the rain during the night. Of course, I did part of the loop as interval walking, and then did breathing and meditation exercises after photographing the swan family on the island’s shore. On the other side of the lake, two men wanted to go swimming, but were thoroughly hissed at and chased away by the swan parents. The thunderstorm arrived as predicted, and the rest of the day was rather gray.

Ein frischer, sehr windiger, kühler Morgen mit Aussicht auf späteres Gewitter. Habe mich, die Abkühlung genießend, aufs Rad geschwungen und bin zur Jungfernheide, die nach Regen in der Nacht wieder herrlich nach Wald duftete. Einen Teil der Runde bin ich natürlich im Intervall-Walking gegangen und Atem- und Meditationsübungen dann nach dem Shooting der Schwanenfamilie am Ufer der Insel. Am anderen Ufer wollten zwei Männer baden, aber wurden von den Schwaneneltern ordentlich angefaucht und vertrieben. Das Gewitter kam dann wie angesagt und der Rest des Tages war dann auch eher grau.
