Unfortunately, I didn’t have any time at all today for a morning walk before the second of three show days, which was very long and exhausting. At least I managed to take quite a few steps on the way there and back, and once I arrived at the venue. I had done some stretching exercises at home on my treehouse terrace beforehand, and then, after some relaxing breathing exercises during my morning quiet time, I enjoyed a cup of Japanese green tea. I’ve brought you a few more pictures from the archives.

Leider gar keine Zeit heute für einen Morningwalk vor dem zweiten von drei Showtagen, der sehr lang und anstrengend war. Immerhin hab ich auf den Hin- und Rückwegen und vor Ort in der Venue einiges an Schritten gemacht. Dehn- und Stretchübungen hatte ich wenigstens noch vorher zu Hause auf meiner Baumhausterrasse gemacht, bevor ich dann nach entspannenden Atemübungen in der Morgenruhe einen japanischen Grüntee genoss. Mitgebracht habe ich euch wieder ein paar Bilder aus dem Archiv.
