According to the weather forecasters, that’s it for the rain for now. It’s supposed to get warmer again. Hopefully not too hot again, that’s just no fun in the city. For a change, I went for my usual interval-walking loop around the peninsula today. I took my usual breathing and meditation breaks at the usual spots by the water, with a pretty refreshing breeze. And once again, a beautiful scene with boats caught my eye, this time from behind and I also snapped a photo of a sunbathing gray heron, which even turned its head for the camera.

Das wars laut den Wetterfröschen vorerst mit dem Regen. Jetzt soll es auch wieder wärmer werden. Hoffentlich nicht wieder zu heiß. Das macht in der Stadt einfach keinen Spaß. Ich bin heute zur Abwechslung mal wieder die Halbinselrunde im Interval-Walking gegangen. Die üblichen Atem- und Meditationspausen an den üblichen Stellen am Wasser bei recht erfrischendem Wind. Und wieder ist mir eine schöne Szene mit Booten ins Auge gefallen, diesmal von hinten, und dazu habe ich noch einen sonnenbadenden Graureiher geschossen, der fürs Foto sogar noch den Kopf gedreht hat.
