So, first day back home for real, first thing I did was go shopping and stock up the fridge. Mainly fruits and veggies, it is summer, after all. I didn't feel like walking much today, but I still managed to get the minimum number of steps while continuing to tidy up the place. Need to recover from the job first. I’ve earned the right to be lazy, so to speak. But I did cook myself something delicious, and I brought you a picture of it. Seared Teriyaki-style salmon fillet next to green asparagus, bacon, onions, and garlic, braised in white wine and finished with freshly ground black pepper and grated Parmigiano Reggiano, yum yum 🤤👍🏽

So erster Tag wieder richtig zuhause angekommen, erstmal shoppen gehen und den Kühlschrank befüllen. Hauptsächlich Obst und Gemüseleckerlies, es ja Sommer. Keinen Bock auf viel Laufen heute gehabt, aber das mindestmass an Schritten beim weiteren fitnachen der Bude gesammmelt. Muss mich erstmal vom Job erholen. Hab mir das Faulsein verdient, so. Dafür hab ich mir aber was Leckeres gekocht und davon hab ich euch ein Bild mitgebracht. Scharf gebratenes Lachsfilet Teriyaki Style an grünem Spargel mit Speck, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch in Weißwein gedünstet und abgerundet mit frisch gemahlenem schwarzen Pfeffer und geriebenem Parmigiano Reggiano, om nom nom 🤤👍🏽
