I was still feeling a bit worn out from yesterday this morning, but I hopped on my bike anyway and rode to Jungfernheide. This time with the right set of keys! Once there, I went for a deeply relaxing and peaceful morning walk with some interval walking, listening to the concert of our feathered friends along the way. On the shore of the island, I did some breathing exercises and meditated a bit, while the gentle swaying of the water reflected the sunlight onto my face. I wasn’t in the mood for photos today, so I’ve brought you two pictures from yesterday’s adventure that match my mood, for you to immerse yourselves in.

Mir steckte der gestrige Tag irgendwie noch in den Knochen heute Morgen, aber ich hab mich trotzdessen aufs Rad geschwungen und bin zur Jungfernheide gefahren. Heute mit dem richtigen Schlüsselbund! Vor Ort hab ich dann einen tiefenentspannten und ruhigen Morningwalk mit Intervall-Walking gemacht und unterwegs dem Konzert unserer gefiederten Freunde gelauscht. Am Ufer auf der Insel dann Atemübungen gemacht und etwas meditiert, während mir das sanfte Schaukeln des Wassers das Sonnenlicht ins Gesicht reflektierte. Für Fotos hatte ich heute keinen Kopf und daher hab ich euch zwei zu meiner Stimmung passende Bilder vom gestrigen Abenteuer zum darin vertiefen mitgebracht.
