Good Morning
I was happy to get into my exercising rhythm today since it was to do with the chest. I find chest exercises the easiest and fun to do ones. I will cover that in a moment. So, how was your day? I am sure it would have been interesting. My day was cool as I discover more and more exciting ways to stay productive. I am quite happy about that.
Besides, I am finding money flowing to me from all quarters all of a sudden. Well, I can only allow it to flow to me. Abundance is rocking!
😊
Let me start with yesterday evening as usual. My daughter got me away from the laptop for our fifteen minutes sweating-like-no-tomorrow session. I am beginning to appreciate these evening ones a lot more.
Anyway, yesterday was the short version of the regime and here are the exercises involved:
- Suicide-drill: 2 Sets
- Shuttle-run: 1 set with 4 reps
- Planks: 45-seconds
- Burpees: 6
- Side Planks: 30-seconds each side
- 45-degree push-ups: 30-seconds
- Rock-climbing: 45-seconds
- Reverse cycling: 30-seconds
- Reverse row-hold: 30-seconds
That completed the sweat session. Interestingly, my ten-year does not seem to break a sweat. Hmm… I have a lot to catch up on.
So, coming to today morning, which was the favourite part of my regime, I did 5 sets of triplets. What were the triplets?
Triplets:
- 1-set of push-ups
- 1-set of weights for chest
- 1-set of weights for back
So, I did 5 sets of such triplets, and each set had varying levels of reps. Also, with each set, the push-up style changes. What I mean is that in one there could be the regular push-up, next would be diamond push-up and so on. The same principle appliest to the chest and back. I find it quite fulfilling and some serious workout for the muscles.
I hope you enjoyed reading about my regime. Do share your style or what you do for your daily routine. I would look forward to reading about it. 😊
For now, namaste! 😊
And wish you all a great day!

Did You Know?
Chandani Maheswari, India, holds the world record for Suryanamaskar. She did 4657 Suryanamaskars in 12 hours. Phew!
If you think push-ups are hard, wait till you see Suryanamaskar. Go ahead, try it. 😊
