So, it is a day after Easter and the keeping fit regime is going strong. Well, yesterday morning was a first for me as this was the first Easter where I actually exercised. But yesterday evening was a first too, as I again exercised with my daughter. Usually, Easter is a family and travel affair, and hence, exercise was never possible. This Easter was in isolation, with exercises and with no regrets.
All is well! 😊
Yesterday evening was back to basics as we followed the following sets:
And we emerged tired; the good tired, that is. 😊
Morning was a solo affair as usual. I was focused on biceps, core and glutes. Did about 45 minutes of the sets but had fun all through. Maybe I will start posting videos of my exercise soon.
Anyway, for now, I am done. Will connect again tomorrow. Namaste!
And wish you a great day! 😊

Paddy Doyle holds the record for body-weight squats. Body-weight squats means that a person is doing squats with only his body weight and nothing else. The record stands at 4,708 in one hour.
Twenty years back, I could do 500 squats in twenty minutes, but 4,708 in one hour is out of the world.
Anyone wants to try? 😊
