This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

What a pleasure to be with all of you my loves, I really feel very excited to venture into this wonderful world of hive. For me it is not a very unknown world, because although it is now that I introduce myself to you, I have already had the joy of knowing about hive through my brother in law @omarcitorojas and my sister @milik80, who have given me an excellent induction. I decided to live this experience, because I have seen that each content created demonstrates all the passion of its creators and that really calls my attention; because having a place where someone can express themselves freely, that has no limits.

My name is Harrison Egwutu Eugene I am a proud Nigerian, a native of Delta state from unkwani local government area to be precised,I am a project manager by degree, a fashion designer by passion. I am single with the hopes of settling down some day I would call myself an introvert but sometimes I could be an extrovert it all depends on the vibes I get from people. I love to learn new things, love the movement of sustainable ecosystem.

I am OKON PEACE,a native of Akwa ibom state,i was born on the 22nd of march which me an Aries ♈ and was raised in Abuja ,i am the third child of my parents, I am a student,i am an extrovert who love to make new friends,be around people and social as well,i am self determined, Ambitious and love learning new things as long as it's a good one.

Like my genuine love for animals, their innocence and love is reflected in their eyes, they brighten up the atmosphere just by being by your side and recharge you with that unique energy. If I could describe myself I would be an animal loving manicurist, who has a lot of love for her family circle and likes to cook and experiment.

Among things of personal taste, I like music, I don't have a favorite genre or music, I just like to feel the rhythm and sing, even if I don't know the lyrics, the color yellow sympathizes me because I don't have a favorite color, but that pleases me, I think it's because of the sunflowers that are my favorite flowers, like roses that bring me beautiful memories of my childhood.

Ozz! Newbie-hive comer is hereeeee! Nice to meet you, guys. I am Dexther. You can just call me Dex. First and foremost, I just want to say that it's such a pleasure to be here with you on this platform. By the way, I'm 22 years old and I graduated from the University of Cebu - Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue (UCLM) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Financial Management. I am the eldest among the siblings. I have two younger brothers. Yes, we're all boys. I come from a humble family. Life is getting really hard as I age. Many things have happened that almost made me give up, but gladly I didn't. I just want the best for my loved ones. That is why I did my best to get a degree, as I believe it's my first key to building a hopeful future. No one would like to die poor.

It was a special moment; we shared ideas and they explained in detail about Hive. I had previously heard about Hive from the Caracas Blockchain Week events, but I was not clear about what exactly it was. It seems like a great project to me and I was impressed by the very active community it has.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
