Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

But I couldn't further cause my mom couldn't afford to make me go to school I was broken 💔 from the inside...2017i wrote another jamb reluctantly and this time I got (178)points so in God's infinite grace I got admission into the state college of education akwanga nasarawa state 2018,my educational experience was a devastating one I felt like giving up 🥹I felt like dropping out cause when my mom paid my first school fee she couldn't afford to do anything for me anymore but she wants me to be a graduate,

I’d describe myself as someone who loves ‎genuine conversations because they help me understand different perspectives. I enjoy random adventures since they somehow heal my inner child, and I really love to laugh — it makes me forget about all the things I need to worry about. I’ve always believed that life’s too short not to laugh whenever you get the chance.

I am a secondary school graduate I graduated from government secondary school aloce 2025 and next year I will be looking forward to further my education to a higher level institution by God grace

Moments like this makes my heart beam of extreme excitement, so much that words may not reflect enough the enthusiasm in my spirit to the real world. On the flip side though, being in a space with like minds where writing and expression is pure value, carving out the right words like a sculptor feels just like a hobby.

I was born in panshin local government plateau state where I started my education at (Fatima private school panshin) from play class to primary 4 but would not finish because we relocated to Akwanga were I was brought up and were I finished up my primary level at st Peter Nur/Pri school Akwanga and continued my secondary level in government college keffi from jss 1 to ss3 i stay in an environment where respect, family, and unity still mean everything

Where I come from, my hometown may be small but full of big dreams we are 8 In numbers in my family 4 boys 4 girls I happen to be the 4th born two of my siblings are happily married am not from a wealthy background but despite the economic challenges God has been faithful am so grateful to have a family and parents who struggle so hard to achieve our goals

I am Gift Anthony Bala, A Nigeria from Kaduna State. Sometimes am been called Amaya which is a tribal name meaning Gift. Although leaving in a society where people love been called by their native names for identification of tribe, i as a person love been called by my English name instead.

I want to talk about some things I'm looking forward to here, and also what I like. The first thing is that I really like series and movies. I watch some anime, but only a few are selected, lol, because I find some of them really embarrassing.

Each of us uses a different pen to write our own story in life. While some pens are delicate and trace pages silently, almost sheepishly, yet with the most significant traces, others are brazen and scribble with unafraid confidence. Both tenderness and strength are used in the writing of my story. Although my name is Julie Faith, my closest friends and family affectionately refer to me as "Pitpit." I may appear to be reticent at first someone who controls her emotions and speaks carefully around strangers. But like a flower that slowly unfolds in the warmth of the morning sun, I bloom beautifully when I am given the space to show who I truly am: graceful, determined, and filled with dreams that sparkle with the light of my future.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
