Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

Yes, Joules, as in pronounced as the unit of energy in the international system of units. I have found it cute ever since I was an elementary student whenever my teacher calls my attention or asks me a favor to do something. It appears that I have the necessary energy to push myself to get things done right away. In short, I push myself up. I only pause but never stop. Im really passionate about teaching. The young minds of children's laughter and happiness while learning were also my happiness. Aside from that, I love doing crochet and am still practicing my skills over and over again every day to improve. I have made a lot of crocheted keychains so far and managed to sell them even though we have no class yet.

Hello Hive! Call me LOVERBOY, born in the year 1990 in the Northern part of Cebu Province, Philippines. A man who came from a simple family but with big dreams that were full of determination. A soft-hearted person who has a high fighting spirit to surpass all trials and difficulties in life to prove that “With God, All Things are Possible” I am currently working as Law Enforcer but before what I am today, I encountered challenges in life. During my secondary education, I went to school only Monday to Wednesday and I used to work as a construction worker from Thursday to Saturday to support the needs of the next school days.

My name is Eduardo León, I am 39 years old, I am Venezuelan, I am an engineer and I currently live in the east of my country, specifically in the city of Cumaná-Venezuela 🇻🇪 with my family consisting of my little daughter Lucia and my wife @marcelys1 who has gradually taught me to take affection for this wonderful Blockchain!

I'm just a strong independent woman raised in Tabogon, Cebu. I'm the eldest daughter of our family. We're 7 siblings, and I can say, we're a big happy family. I was born in 1997. I'm not born into a silver-spoon family, but I can tell that my parents can meet our needs. They can send us to school, to get the quality education we deserve. During my Elementary days to High School days studying, I graduated with flying honors every year. When I graduated from High School, I don't have any career path in my mind on what course to take up in college. One time, my mother casually asked me, what course do I want to take up in college, I casually replied, "Any course will do, Mom because I believed that anything can be learned". Then my mother replied casually, "Okay, you take up an education course".

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
