It's not just about anime, so I can't post this at The Anime Realm. I'll just leave it here.
Geekout
This encounter was unexpected actually. We were just strolling at the mall just like the usual. We'll stopped by at a coffee stall, grab our cups and walk around. The stroll wouldn't be complete if we couldn't check the latest event (if there is) at the North Wing.
We were looking around and saw a crowd on the event area. There were some people on a cosplay as well walking around as the event progressed. We immediately thought that there's another ongoing Comicon event.
Flexing this masterpiece here.
It's an artwork made from plastic bottles formed into a Wave. Seeing it from afar, it really didn't looked like plastic bottles so we had to move closer to inspect. It is simply breathtakingly beautiful. Kudos to the artist.
Geekout's Merchandise
I've found this Naruto Tarot Card from of the stores there. It has been sealed so I guess it cost a fortune for that one card. I'm not just sure if this card can be graded as well.
There were different TCGs here and it's available on some stores. We're not the collector type so we're just browsing on it.
As I mentioned it's not just about anime, it's a collaboration of different artists showcasing there arts in forms of merchandises. You could see a lot of it in badges, stickers, keychains, 3D printed toys, shirts, accessories, etc.
A Shop for Goths
It's not so surprising anymore to see a gothic store here. This fashion style is resurfacing in the city and were revived by mostly teenagers and youngsters in their early 20s. There's even a shop already here where I already featured in one of my previous blogs.
At that store, they don't sell clothes but only accessories where you could find rings, bracelets, chokers, necklace and earrings. It's a haven for people who like this fashion trend since the items were all affordable.
Events
I think they held a segment for cosplay monologues but what we've seen only was the dance performances inspired from pop songs. I could see impersonations for the girl group Bini and some other boy groups from Kpop.
The Budol
Le Patata bought me badges already previously, so I've got a lot pinned on my sling bag now. I just bought one then. This badge really made me laugh. It portrays me exactly. This is actually my survival kit, Liniment and Coffee.
By the way, that would be all for now. Thanks for reading up to this point. 馃挌馃尡
