OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 970th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

How this Works

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

Resolute Resolutions - A beautiful ending, and a Happy new year

There is nothing wrong with setting the standard very high for yourself and trying to go out of your comfort zones, as long as they are realistic for you. So often we find ourselves succumbing to a resolution only because my next door neighbor's dog's uncle's owner managed to do it last year or is setting their resolution high up there this year. Maybe it is doable for them, you are not in their shoes. We need to have a realistic understanding of our own limits and succumbing to peer pressure of setting unrealistic goals for ourselves will eventually end up resulting in anxiety of failure - disappointment - further anxiety - giving up on the resolution altogether!

Going into the New Year - December 31, 2022

When I went out Saturday morning to go to the barn for chores, it felt so like a spring morning! The ambiance, the way the air felt, and the birds singing up a storm all contributed to the feeling. I鈥檓 hoping the photos convey some of that.

The One Where I Turned Thirty

Have you watched the series "Friends?" I'm a big fan; I love every episode of it, and every time I rewatch a season, I always end up laughing as if it's the first time I watched it. There was one particular episode when Rachel was turning thirty, and they all had some flashbacks on what happened during their 30th birthday.

Agradecer, interiorizar, cambiar | reflexi贸n al final de un a帽o [Es-En]

I wasn't going to write another post regarding the end of the year or Christmas. However, I feel that on the first day of the year, we should always look back and reflect on all that we have experienced. Yes, although the phrase is trite and in some cases, misused and sometimes, without true sincerity in those who use it.

Bye 2022! LFG, 2023!

I took an off from blogging or any sort of grinding for a minute to get my brain rewired for the coming year. I am quite a workaholic and want to get things done, but sometimes we need to listen to our bodies. I just noticed that last year, I got sick easily compared to the years before 2022. We are not getting any younger, aren't we? 馃槅

As铆 Despedimos el 2022 y Recibimos el 2023 (Esp-Eng)

I thank God because despite still being in the midst of a pandemic that mourned many families, we are still healthy, we have a home of our own to live in and we were able to make our New Year's dinner with a lot of effort with the support of my husband and myself through my earnings on my blog.

The last day of this 2022, was a stressful day a lot of movement, when you are a host and organizer, thank God that I had the help of my daughter, my son-in-law and brother to prepare the Hallacas and buns is a priority and traditional Christmas dinner plate, both Christmas and the last day of the old year, this should not be missing.

First Sunday of the year.

This day dawns with a clear blue and an illumination that invites us to take a trip outside. After the New Year's Eve dinner and so much food rotting in our bodies, I think the best option was to go out and stretch our bones a bit and try to burn some body fat.
