OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 344th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Certainly, life is a very complex subject, as people we always look for our own wellbeing, it should not surprise us that in that search of wanting to improve we follow other individuals who claim to have achieved financial freedom, total happiness, in short, we look for perfect examples that in one way or another show us the "right path", phrases like: - "if I could you can too", "work hard and someday you will achieve it" are the spearhead of many advertising campaigns. However, not everything is what it seems and the media power of social networks has had a rampant impact on people's perception.

About 5 years ago, I wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed. Microblading is form of cosmetic tattooing that implants pigment into the skin via a manual tool with a blade attached. It is used to create or fill in missing brows and can last a couple years. While researching an artist, I discovered someone who also did training. It was like a lightbulb went off in my head. It was my "AHA" moment. This was something I could do, and I felt drawn to it.

Anyway a couple months ago i started to learn Blender down at a studio in my town and i went with the typical Donut tutorial as many people starting with Blender decide to. Sadly i only get 2-3 hours per week to work on it but hopefully i can get my own computer sometime soon to work with Blender at home also!

It seems the beer-gods ( one of which would be my dad) are watching over me today and have been hard at work influencing my loved ones so to steer them on a path to buy me beer!

Dou you think American people take seriously its Christmas decorations?

And I’m not talking about just the companies or government decorations, I’m talking about the regular people decorations, the ones thar are paid by the homeowners.

Christmas: time for those things that we usually don.t have much time for: family, sharing love, forgiving, gifts, relax, guiltless free time; fairy-tales and miracles...at least in the Xmas romantic movies :D

In reality, no snowflakes for this Xmas nor fairy-tale or miracle in my corner. What I have been experiencing these days looked like a dramedy, but at the end of the day, it was happy end for the characters in reality, unlike those in the fairy-tale that we were working on (what to say, Russians ;) )

A lot of people are crumbling under the weight of their past and they can't seem to find a way out. They have beaten themselves up so much that you would think they are the worst person in the world. From the outside, we seem to judge these people also too quickly especially when they sin differently than what we used to do but the truth is, we are all the same; imperfect and with a past that some of us would like to bury forever and banish from our thoughts.

Hello everyone! Today I want to share a delicious sandwich made in 3 easy steps for a snack in these days of holidays.

Christmas Eve is always filled with a lot of emotions. Our family tradition during such occasions is to attend crossover Mass before the D-day. In our parish, the crossover service started at 22:00 (24th December) and ended at 00:15 (25th December). After the mass Celebration, we exchanged pleasantries with other members of the church and wished each other a Merry Christmas before going back to our respective houses.

On my part, I would like to tell you that after some important challenges that I had to face during the previous months, December has been a month of joys and surprises that are arriving to my life day after day. And I thank the Divinity for this, because somehow I found that what surrounds us is not as we think it is, because it always turns out to be much better than what we are seeing with the naked eye, or as the grandparents would say "a pepa de ojo".
