OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1073rd compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

How this Works

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

Hair rebonding+ color + bleach (for highlights), and beach swimming damage my hair. Should I embrace my Curls, then?

Luckily, it was no longer a problem, but it was way back during my teenage years! I wasn't blessed with a beautiful crown; I mean hair. Mine was curly and a little bit kinky! Not only was it was so deceiving as it looked thick, but the truth is it wasn't. I remember back then, I was constantly teased that a cat's tail was thicker than my hair once it was on a pony! That made me insecure, and I vouched not to tie it again. Which made my Mom always mad as she said I looked like a witch 🤣. This was my routine until I graduated from High school (ready for college). I am not even fond of combing it; I don't care how I look.

Iniciativa: Canciones que sanan el alma//Songs that heal the soul

On occasions, I have come across songs whose lyrics are so in tune with what is happening to me, it seems that they were written to heal my insides, or at least that has been the impression I have had throughout my life and when I first heard Pablo Alboran's ballad, forgive me, I rectified it.

La Vida de Antonio (Esp/ Eng)

Antonio was a boy who was born in the east of the country in a small town where the economy was based on fishing and working the land, above all; being the second of 3 married brothers, from a very young age life was difficult for him, when he was only two years old, his mother got tired of the life of poverty and humility that they led and abandoned them with his father.

Nueva super slim base profecional fija - ( Problema resuelto! ) | • by @wbrandt [ENG-ESP]

Today my dear and dear friends, a somewhat different post, in this year I have done interesting things for me like learning to change an old lamp for a newer one and among many other things and that's good because step by step we are getting new skills, and obviously new experiences; however, I like to dare to do new things and more if there are things that are making me a little uncomfortable.

Community: Wednesday Walk

I can't stop attending the ¨WednesdayWalk¨ (Es-Eng)

This is one of those places I can't help but go to. I really love this ¨WednesdayWalkCommunity¨ : to stop doing it, plus it allows me to accompany my friends tattoodjay : elizacheng : in their great initiatives, two very Wednesday highlights. If you are passionate about sports, and you also like to take pictures of what you are passionate about, you should participate in these contests

🇪🇸|🇬🇧 Hablemos de Publicidad ⏩ Ventajas en el Patrocinio de eventos

I have a slight memory some time ago that I participated in a contest where my brand was a sponsor, so I had to deliver a product. At that time the reward for me was enough, I didn't know the real reach I could have as a result of that dynamic or strategy. This weekend I participated in an event where Hive was a sponsor and I understood everything and I want to share it with you.

Bizcocho sencillo y súper fácil | ¡Aprende a prepararlo en casa aquí! [ESP-ENG] 🍰

It is already a habit in my house to provoke us all to eat something tasty in the afternoons, so I decided to prepare a simple but very delicious cake to share with my loved ones, because if there is something I really like is to make them happy by making them any delicious dessert, in my house we take very seriously the phrase "full belly, happy heart" because we are always looking for any tasty recipe to brighten our day. That's why I got down to work to start preparing this cake.

Garden Journal For This Wednesday.

It's in my agenda as a gardene to plant different plants in my garden and so far I've planted a lot already wherin I've harvested some of their fruits and made a dish out of them. I've been thankful for all the harvest that I did last time and today I set out once again in the field to dig the soil and plant a new one.

(ESP-ENG) Iniciativa: MIS MUJERES PERFECTAS, para admirar hoy y siempre✨👩💖

My mom, the first of the list without a doubt for being the first one who taught me life in general being what I am today. Her ability to always solve things because despite being with my dad she is an independent woman wanting to solve even what she doesn't know. I admire every detail of who she is from her strength to face problems to her ability to organize her time and always be there for me and my siblings giving us an answer to every situation that comes our way. For teaching us to say that we always can and giving us that little push to not give up because she is a woman who does not give up, doing the impossible to be the great mother that she is, being and characterizing her as my perfect mom.
