Ingredientes (quesillo mini)

- 40ml of malt
- 2 eggs
- condensed milk (to taste)
- White sugar (for the caramel)
Llevamos todo a un tazón para batir o llevar a una licuadora
We take everything to a mixing bowl or take to a blender
Preparemos el caramelo
Let's prepare the caramel
Vertemos la mezcla en el caramelo
We pour the mixture into the caramel
Colocamos en una olla con agua y ponemos nuestro recipiente donde tengamos el quesillo y dejamos cocinar
We place in a pot with water and put our container where we have the cheese and let it cook
Debemos dejar que se cocine por aproximadamente 1hora,esperamos que enfríe y proseguimos a desmoldar con cuidado para obtener un resultado similar a este
