Sol-2-Soul my brothers and sisters. Welcome to one more day above ground. This is the 100th Sunday of our Sol-glowing soul enhancing series. The title is implicit of the connection between the Sun/Sol, our immortal soul and the light that both emit. Your soul & vessel already know this connection, even if what you call, You, do not. In our Simulatrix, the sun penetrates the vessel and forms the Earth equivalent of gold. It’s just a hypothesis, based on what we’ve heard, read, watched, and extracted from how gold on Earth is solidified sunlight, the healing properties gold is supposed to have in the vessel, and the way melanin interacts with the sun, and plays a role in detoxifying the vessel. Not to mention the placebo power of belief and the self-programming of the Simulatrix. Far be if from your humble vagabond to toss my neighbors into the sun, but it’s done wonders for our human starship.
Here’s a late summer clean up project. We’re gathering all of the Substack audio letters we can find and combining them into a single file. I hesitate to call is an “audio book,” because it’s more like an album, but it’s too big to be an album. The month of August alone is nearly 4 hours long. Anyway, we will be posting August memoirs on our Substack Podcast page. I presume that subscribers will be alerted to these releases.
The moon has left Pisces and we have completed our most successful three days of abstinence. We scored some herbal, caffeine-free teas, which kept us decaffeinated. We experienced no headaches during this series, and we never have a problem not eating meat. We decided not to abstain from supplements, which are mainly vitamins, (the letters), minerals, spices, mushrooms, bark extracts and liver cleansers. We get back to our regularly schedule diet today.
Discipline came to mind. The psych profile describes the Noxsoma character as “highly disciplined.” Ego was wondering, “what changed?” We were anything but disciplined in our youth. The easy answers could be, “maturity.” Or maybe, “responsibility.” But I think there’s a deeper answer. Discipline is not a monolithic, discipline. The “rebel” description is not my own, although I do not disagree with it. We have embraced it. It’s the rebel nature that abstracts the concept of discipline. What we have is self-discipline. Or self-directed discipline. Like those assets in the Jason Bourne, only without the MK Ultra manipulation, the drugs and the headaches. When we, “put our Mind to it,” we are unstoppable. This is one of many things both my Dad and my teachers recognized in earlier versions of this vessel. We didn’t recognize it, even when we were doing it.
Of course all teachers, especially those back in the day, told all students this. Didn’t they? Maybe that’s why it was so difficult to believe. Then someone, like a sibling, would recall how, “You were so into, this or that. You were so focused.” And you’re like. Well you didn’t notice it because you were so deeply into it.
When I was a photographer, I could be in the darkroom for hours, getting my print just right. But when I was in the lab at the gig, I couldn’t wait to wrap it up and get out of there.
That’s the matrix, the labyrinth, the combination behind every one of those virtues. Research without curiosity, is drudgery. But when it’s exploration, investigation and discovery, ten years can seem like a week. We anxiously await that next opportunity to learn something new.
If I were not so disciplined, I could fill every minute of the day writing, working out, searching for answers to obscure questions, connections between seemingly unconnected words, the origin of the “syndromes” that have become real to the herd, and making videos. Alas, we must take care of the vessel.
There’s an updated Summer Audio out today. And tomorrow, in our 17 day Health & Wellness update, the most in depth psychological profile of the digital native known as Noxsoma.
Part Two.
After being imprisoned by yesterday’s harsh weather, we are looking forward to getting out into this partly-sunny morning. The weather here in the deepest part of the United States is tropical. Near unpredictable, but when you get outside you can literally see it coming. The sky will be fluffy with puffy white clouds that look like pillows, and then, seemingly out of no where, this dark gray angry cluster shows up. The temperature drops and the winds pick up. And we’re like, “Don’t come over here.” Sometimes the clouds comply. We can watch the swelled mass move off into another direction. But then again sometimes, the weather system just dumps its load right where we are, and we’re running for cover.
Even when Earth disrupts our playtime workout, it’s amazing to watch. And experience.
Sundays have been gravity-strap workout days for close to a month now. We are still figuring out strategies, and methods and angles to maximize our strength, flexibility and balance, without doing damage to the vessel. Since Sunday’s are low traffic days in the park, we can set up the video and capture a few clips. We share this workout within the Full Metal Ox daily series, and also on Instagram, (@Noxsoma), if you’re curious. It’s a chronicle, not instructional. If you’re inspired, get yourself a set of these things, (or make your own), and go out and give it a try. Be mindful of your joints. If you purchase the product there will likely be a booklet that includes exercises you can do. I have one that I haven’t opened yet, as we, the vessel et al, are still experimenting on our own. And this isn’t our first set of grav-straps.
Okay. That’s a wrap.
Have a most awesome week.
Stay sane, stay strong, stay safe, stay savvy, stay serene, stay sovereign, stay subscribed.
