Now after having taken you to Piazza del Ceppo I will take you to the main square of the city, Piazza del Duomo, one of the oldest medieval squares in Tuscany, beautiful with a stone floor, marble buildings, historic buildings and some small places nearby, as well In the square I also photographed other lovely parts of the city, streets and avenues with beautiful colours. Pistoia at Christmas is truly magical, but the decorations of previous years were not as beautiful as this year's, they really outdid themselves, creating a truly unique evening light show!

The tower is my favorite part, with decorations inspired by European places, it reminded me a lot of the clock tower in Prague but also the cathedral and the court have a magnificent view, a mix between Christmas and alchemy, the lights then change in various colors, illuminating the entire square and surroundings with purples, reds, pinks and blues, creating a truly special and unique atmosphere. In addition to the square, I also photographed my route to get there on one of the tree-lined avenues that lead from the outskirts to the city centre, avenues with wonderful colors especially in autumn.
Unfortunately I took few photos of the surrounding streets because I was intent on enjoying the walk, which was also enlivened by some entertainment events for children, stilt walkers, jugglers and some musical groups. Pistoia has many initiatives for Christmas and I hope to be able to return soon and enjoy them ❤️
La torre es mi parte favorita, con decoraciones inspiradas en lugares europeos, me recordó mucho a la torre del reloj de Praga pero también la catedral y la corte tienen una vista magnífica, una mezcla entre Navidad y alquimia, las luces luego cambian en varios colores, iluminando toda la plaza y sus alrededores con morados, rojos, rosas y azules, creando una atmósfera realmente especial y única.
Además de la plaza, también fotografié mi ruta para llegar hasta ella por una de las avenidas arboladas que van desde las afueras hasta el centro de la ciudad, avenidas con colores maravillosos sobre todo en otoño. Desgraciadamente tomé pocas fotos de las calles aledañas porque tenía la intención de disfrutar del paseo, que además estuvo amenizado con algunas actividades de animación para niños, zancudos, malabaristas y algunos grupos musicales. Pistoia tiene muchas iniciativas para Navidad y espero poder volver pronto y disfrutarlas ❤️
