I have really a big obsession with dumplings, are one of my favourite food, I really love them make in oriental way or in Italian way, dumplings are really super yummy, especially the home made ones but in some restaurants are so good that seems made at home.
I look at a new restaurant in my city, it's called Honolulu and the first thing that impress me it's the fact that they sell poke bowls, sushi burrito but also a wide choice of dumplings!
I see that on some papers in a bar where I use to go after my doctor visit so I was really curious to try their dumplings.
I entered and immediately the waiter ask me for my order, they give a seat inside thi cozy and simple room, really comfortable and clean, with nice table towels, the waiter give me the menu and I must admit I was impressed, because they have really a lot of kind of dumplings, Shao mai, stewed, boiled, with different filling, various kind of meat, pork, cow, chicken, different kind of fish, tuna, salmon, cran etc...and some vegetarian kinds with mushrooms, cabbage, radish etc...
I ordered one portion of, Shao mai , pork dumplings and cabbage and pork dumplings.
I wish I could try more but portions are quite big.
I was satisfied, the dumplings was really super tasty and flavoured and I loved them.
It's not an all you can eat restaurant si prices are a little bit higher but the quality of the food is worst.
The dumplings was really super yummy and juicy.
I'm so happy to find this new restaurant in my city !
