Est谩 nueva receta me transporta una vez m谩s a mi adolescencia cuando a la salida del colegio tomaba una chicha o com铆a una tizana de frutas, ya les hab铆a mostrado la preparaci贸n de la chicha ten铆a pendiente la tizana, no hay una cosa m谩s refrescante que la mezcla de varias frutas entre jugo y trocitos de frutas adem谩s de que es bastante saludable porque no contiene az煤car procesada, es delicioso sentir desde el afrodis铆aco sabor de la patilla, hasta el m谩s agridulce sabor de la pi帽a.
Acompa帽enme en lq preparaci贸n de mi versi贸n de la tizana Venezolana:

This new recipe transports me once again to my adolescence when I used to drink a chicha or eat a fruit tizana after school, I had already shown you the preparation of the chicha, I had the tizana pending, there is nothing more refreshing than the mixture of several fruits between juice and fruit pieces, besides it is quite healthy because it does not contain processed sugar, it is delicious to feel from the aphrodisiac flavor of the patilla, to the most bittersweet taste of pineapple.
Join me in the preparation of my version of the Venezuelan tizana:
Ingredientes:
1/2 Pi帽a
1/2 Mel贸n
1/4 De patilla
2 Manzanas
15 Uvas
1 Naranja
2 Bananas
1 Litro de agua
Ingredients:
1/2 Pineapple
1/2 Melon
1/4 Strawberry
2 Apples
15 Grapes
1 Orange
2 Bananas
1 liter of water
Primero retir茅 la piel de la patilla y cort茅 en trozos de tama帽o mediano y peque帽o, mientras retiraba las semillas que contiene.
En cu谩nto a la manzana conserve su piel y cort茅 en trocitos sin forma definida, desechando su coraz贸n o semillas.
First, I removed the skin of the sweet potato and cut it into medium and small pieces, while removing the seeds it contains.

En una licuadora agregu茅 la mitad de los trocitos de mel贸n, patilla y con 600ml de agua, licue hasta obtener un jugo.
De igual forma con la mitad de los trocitos de pi帽a y con 400ml de agua, licue hasta obtener un jugo.
In a blender I added half of the melon pieces, patilla and with 600ml of water, blend until a juice is obtained.
In the same way with half of the pineapple chunks and 400ml of water, blend until a juice is obtained.
Luego llev茅 ambos jugos a un recipiente y los mezcle, posteriormente a帽ad铆 todas las frutas picadas: pi帽a, banana, manzana, patilla, mel贸n, uvas y el jugo de una naranja para mezclar por una 煤ltima vez.
Then I took both juices to a bowl and mixed them together, then I added all the chopped fruits: pineapple, banana, apple, strawberry, melon, grapes and the juice of one orange to mix one last time.
Ahora si observen est谩 maravillosa y refrescante tizana de frutas, la combinaci贸n de sabores, texturas y colores hace de 茅sta receta provoca un delirio de dulzura o agridulce, cada vez que llevo un trocito de fruta a mi boca.
Nota: Est谩 receta rinde para 10 porciones generosas de tizana.
