I cooked for my family and as a starter to the main dish of the day a delicious pumpkin, potato and carrot cream with cheese and cilantro, I love this recipe that is my mom's favorite as well as nutritious, healthy, easy to make and well worth the redundancy creamy, it is a delight from start to finish and I recommend preparing it at home if you want to eat light or if you have a sick stomach.
Cocine para mi familia y como entrada al plato principal de ese d铆a una deliciosa crema de calabaza, papas y zanahoria con trocitos de queso m谩s cilantro, me fascina est谩 receta que es la favorita de mi mam谩 adem谩s de nutritiva, saludable, f谩cil de realizar y valga la redundancia bien cremosa, es una delicia de principio a fin y recomiendo preparen en sus casas si quieren comer ligero o si tienen el est贸mago enfermo.
Ingredients / Ingredientes:
1/2 Pumpkin
2 Potatoes
1 carrot
275ml milk
Cilantro
2 teaspoons of salt
200gr of semi-hard cheese
1/2 Calabaza
2 Papas
1 Zanahoria
