Sometimes I need to prepare lunch faster because the girls need me to take care of them, I can't neglect them even for a minute, that's why when I go to the supermarket and I come across meat already cut into strips I don't hesitate to bring it home to save the time I spent cutting it, I can cook faster to go back to take care of them. Today's dish is beef cut into strips also called strogonoff accompanied with onion and carrot ideal for contours such as rice and avocado or any of your preference, its flavor is spectacular and fascinating for the palate.
Algunas veces necesito preparar el almuerzo m谩s r谩pido porque las ni帽as necesitan que est茅 pendiente de ellas no puedo descuidarme ni un minuto es por ello que cuando voy al supermercado y me top贸 con carne ya cortada en tiras no dudo en traerla a la casa para ahorrar el tiempo que emple贸 en cortarla, puedo cocinar m谩s r谩pido para regresar a cuidarlas. El platillo de hoy es carne de res cortada en tiras tambi茅n llamado strogonoff acompa帽ado con cebolla y zanahoria ideal para contornos como el arroz y aguacate o cualquiera de su preferencia, su sabor es espectacular y fascinante para el paladar.
Ingredients / Ingredientes:
400gr of meat cut in strips
1 onion
2 small carrots
Oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Adobo
1/2 teaspoon Curry
2 tablespoons of Sauce 57
1 tablespoon of Oregano

I started by removing the peel of the carrots and the first layer of the onion that sometimes is wilted or ugly and I diced the carrot into small squares since it takes a little longer to cook and the onion into medium pieces.
Comenc茅 retirando la c谩scara de las zanahorias y la primera capa de la cebolla que en algunas ocasiones est谩 marchita o fea y piqu茅 en cuadritos peque帽os la zanahoria ya que tarda un poco m谩s en cocinarse y en trocitos medianos la cebolla.
Then season the meat with salt, adobo, oregano, garlic powder, curry, sauce 57, mix everything and let it rest for about 20 minutes so that the meat will take all the flavor of the seasonings.
Luego sazone la carne con sal, adobo, or茅gano, ajo en polvo, curry, salsa 57, mezcle todo y dej茅 reposar durante unos 20 minutos para que la carne tomar谩 todo el sabor de los condimentos.
