For my daughter Alys' Sunday breakfast yesterday, she chose to eat I quote her words: "Bread with ham and cheese egg" so I got down to work and prepared it, I particularly liked that she chose to eat protein since she is at an age where she does not feel like eating many foods so I also put a little creativity when serving it so she would eat everything and not leave anything behind.
Para el desayuno de ayer domingo de mi hija Alys ella eligió comer cito sus palabras: "Pan con huevito jamón y queso" así que puse manos a las obra y lo preparé, en lo particular me gustó mucho que eligiera comer proteína ya que está en una edad en que no le apetece comer muchos alimentos así que además le puse un poco de creatividad a la hora de servirlo para que we comiera todo y no dejará nada.

Preparation / Preparación:
I started by adding the vegetable oil in a frying pan and once it was hot I fried the egg on both sides over medium-fast heat, when it was ready I added a pinch of adobo.
