Los últimos días he estado incumpliendo los hábitos saludables que me propuse desde que empezó éste año, pero es que cuándo una receta me viene a la cabeza no me queda de otra que cocinarla.
Ayer me provocó desayunar algo sano y dulce, así que se me ocurrió preparar una ensalada con piña, zanahoria y pasas que es una de las favoritas de mi mamá, suele comerla cuándo está muy ansiosa y no quiere romper su dieta balanceada, así que hoy te enseño como se prepara es super fácil y no requiere de mucho tiempo.

Yesterday I wanted to have something healthy and sweet for breakfast, so I decided to prepare a salad with pineapple, carrots and raisins which is one of my mom's favorites, she usually eats it when she is very anxious and doesn't want to break her balanced diet, so today I show you how to prepare it, it's super easy and doesn't require a lot of time.
Ingredientes:
1/4 de kilo de Piña
1 Zanahoria
25 Pasas
Ingredients:
1/4 kilo of Pineapple
1 carrot
25 raisins
Elaboración / Elaboration:
Primero retiré las cáscaras de la piña y zanahoria.
First I removed the peels from the pineapple and carrot.
Luego corté en cubos la piña con un cuchillo y en tiras la zanahoria empleando un rallador por su zona más gruesa.
Then I cut the pineapple into cubes with a knife and the carrot into strips using a grater in its thickest area.
En un recipiente agregué la piña cortada en cubos, la zanahoria rallada y las pasas, posteriormente mezcle todo muy bien para finamente obtener una ensalada dulce y saludable.
In a bowl I added the diced pineapple, grated carrot and raisins, then mixed everything very well to obtain a sweet and healthy salad.
