Happy start of the week fellow foodies!
Yesterday I cooked for my family a delicious scrambled rice with shredded chicken, peas and sweet corn or also called in some Venezuelan homes Chinese rice although in my kitchen particularly Chinese rice is prepared in another way and this version I prefer to call it party rice because it was the quintessential dish for birthdays in my childhood and yielded a lot for all the guests.
Mostly I prepare it only with peas or peas but this time I wanted to combine it and add a sweet touch with corn, the result was quite delicious for my palate and everyone in the house, it was also fun to see the girls taking the peas and corn one by one with their little fingers and they enjoyed eating it.
Here I leave you the preparation of this delicious party rice.

1 Pechuga de Pollo
600gr de arroz
170gr de maíz precocido

1 Cucharadita de adobo
2 Cucharada de aliño
Salsa de soya al gusto
Salsa inglesa al gusto
50 ml de aceite vegetal
1 Litro de agua para cocinar el arroz
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
600gr of rice
170gr of precooked corn
170gr of pre-cooked peas
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 stalks of chives
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt for cooking the chicken and 1/2 teaspoon of salt for the vegetables that will accompany the rice
1 teaspoon of adobo
2 tablespoon of seasoning
Soy sauce to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
50 ml vegetable oil
1 liter of water to cook the rice
In a pot I added the breast and poured water until it was completely covered, I also added a little taste with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, let it cook for 40 minutes over high heat.
In the meantime, I washed the vegetables and continued cleaning the paprika, removing its seeds and cut it and the onion into small squares, the chives I did not cut so finely and the garlic cloves I removed their peel and chopped them very small.
In a large pan I added the oil, incorporated and fried the garlic pieces until they were golden brown, after a few seconds I added the onion and paprika season with salt, marinade and seasoning mix well to take a good flavor and color, cook this stew for a couple of minutes.
Then I washed the rice and added it to the stew, mixed everything, covered it with a liter of water and covered it so that the grains would cook very well.
After 40 minutes of cooking our chicken breast was ready and shredded with a fork.
While the chicken breast was finishing cooking, I added the shredded chicken, peas and corn, as well as the soy and Worcestershire sauces for more flavor, and mixed once more so that all the ingredients were well blended.
¡Me encantó!
Finally see how the rice turned out once it was ready, served on the plate and accompanied by a cooked salad, although I confess I decorated it this way for you because I eat a lot more food than this dish has, I gave it a taste and it was divine, I love the texture of the small pea balls and the corn, its flavor transports me to my childhood.
I loved it!
