Finally, 5K at Cikini Route

2y

Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. How is your running schedule? I am quite happy, I finally managed to reach 5K. Last week, I stayed at 4K. This week's report in the hive run community, I am still in the lowest position with an achievement of 20 KM.

Wow... I am far behind the others. Today, I took the same route as last Sunday, finally reaching 5K. This time the route is still the same as the Cikini route and I added Salemba to make it an even 5K. In less than 1 hour, I finished running this time. How is your pace this time?

Every time I start running, I often worry whether I will get tired and out of breath. It seems that this week is getting better. I am not too out of breath throughout the run. Not too tired either. It also seems that my physical condition is getting better a little. Is this a sign that I should increase my running distance?

It can be seen in the graph that I stopped several times because the road I was running on had many vehicles parked on the side of the road. How is your running pace this time? The first kilometer, my pace reached 8:33. Then the second kilometer, reaching 9:13. The third kilometer reached 9:41. The fourth kilometer 9:12. The last kilometer, Pace reached 8:49.

Maintaining pace is the key to running to last until the finish. I admit, in some kilometers I wanted to speed up my run. I also thought again, what if I run out of breath. Just like the first time I ran and posted in the community. One of the moderators said I needed to maintain Pace. This week, I'm quite sad that I can't join the race because of one or two things. That's my running story this week. See you again.
