It's hard to get veggies into Prince L, so I thought why not 'hide' them into his favourite noodles?
So this afternoon I made some Spinach egg noodles, you can make them without the egg, but I put it in for some additional nutrients. I didn't measure my ingredients, I just kneaded everything together. It was a bit tricky to make them, while entertaining Prince L, but I somehow still managed to get them done just in time for dinner.
I think the noodles were a success, because Prince L had two small bowls, he would have more if I didn't stop him (Yay!)
