Materials
One and a half cups flour
1 cup sugar
Half cup cocoa powder
4 tablespoons baking powder
Half a cup of soy milk or liquid milk
Two and a half tablespoon vegetable oil
Icing Sugar

Heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius or 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix large bowl flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Combine milk, oil and vanilla essence (optional) into a sever bowl.
Take two bowl pieces together and crack them.
Sprinkle the flour or oil in a flour pan and pour a fused of cake.
Bake 40 minutes in the oven.
After frying, frosting upon intensity when than icing sugar.
