I spent about 45 minutes doing the pull-ups. Then a couple hours later I did my pushups.
Push ups
My goal was to do 100 pushups as quickly as possible starting out by doing sets of 10. After the first three sets I started reaching failure before reaching 10. I miscounted the total amount I had done and ended up doing 7 extra for a total of 107 rather than 100. Note: I do my pushups 1 second down and 1 second up using pushup stands.
10, 10, 10, 8, 8, 7, 7, 7, 6, 5, 4, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 <- 107 total reps
The pushups took about 15 minutes.
Totals for the day:
Working out time: 1 hour.
Total reps: 126 pullups/chinups + 107 pushups = 233 total reps
