Today was a light workout and consisted of 3 exercises. Nothing too exciting. The high reps of neutral grip pullups and chinups at the beginning of the workout seemed to take a lot out of me today and then I sort of felt like I was dragging the rest of the way.

Push ups
My goal was to do 100 pushups as quickly as possible starting out by doing sets of 10. After the five sets I started reaching failure before reaching 10. It took me 12 minutes to reach 100. Note: I do my pushups 1 second down and 1 second up using pushup stands.
10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 7, 6, 6, 5, 5, 5, 5, 6, 5 reps

Totals for the day:
Working out time: 1 hour.
Total reps: 133 pullups/chinups + 30 lunges + 100 pushups = 263 total reps
