I never post about food, I can hardly cook lol. But this is one of my very favorite breakfast foods so I had to try and make them myself. The first time I tried using a cassarol dish, looked good but the middle was soggy and thick. On try number 2, using a cast iron skillet as advized and it turned out PERFECT! Little bit of lemon and powdered sugar and this is delicious!
