One of my most made and favorite dishes lasagna !! I love making these for parties and holidays. It's very easy too make and a blank canvas so you can practically make thousands of combinations of lasagna. But my favorite is the classic cheese and tomato sauce it really brings out the smell of the Oregno and taste of all the other Italian spices used.
