As expected, today was a day to spend with the family. After a late night yesterday playing board games, I was up a bit earlier than expected. Had to drive for a coffee to really get my day started which was generally rough as I was a bit tired. After a good breakfast, we headed out for some shopping. We went plenty of places as we had a long list of things to get for our weekend plans.
It was also pretty hot so despite not having a workout today, the amount of shopping and walking got me good activity. I even had some moments with sweat as we had to carry things to and from the car each time we bought things. Late night out with the family enjoying the long weekend. Surprised I got to the daily goal which gives me some space to think abkut what tomorrow brings.
