It is starting to feel a lot like Christmas, we saw Santa in Narrabri yesterday, He definitely gets around! New South Wales, Australia, is a long way from the north pole.. What a man! 35 degrees celsius, not a breath of wind, standing in the full sun and still with his red coat on.
I could not handle the heat for long before we were inside the air-conditioned visitors centre, checking out the cotton picking machine.
I still got a decent activity count even though we covered quite a few miles sitting in the car.
It was a jog to parkrun,then a new parkrun event and a jog back to our accommodation first thing in the morning. A walk around Narrabri, then a hike to some sandstone caves before an afternoon stroll at our next destination.
