It was a steamy 24 degrees celsius for the 7am start at Wishart parkrun this morning on the south side of Brisbane, Australia. I wore my fast shoes today for the first time in months but could not get into it. Stuck behind some walkers on a narrow path at the start then my hamsting felt to tight to get up to full speed. Still happy with a decend workout on a hot humid day.
