¡Hola Steemians! Aquí está el Running Log del día de ayer.
El día de hoy los he dejado un poco abandonados por que me quedé sin servicio de luz en la casa. Así que ahora que estoy en el trabajo puedo compartirles esto mientras tengo mi teléfono cargando.
El día de ayer después de salir del trabajo llegué a la casa y decidí salir a correr. Una carrera rápida y tratando de mantener un ritmo constante.
Al final fueron 5.34 km a un ritmo de 6'27 min/km, el reloj me marcó un rendimiento de carrera de 42 (mientras más alto mejor) así que creo que se cumplió el cometido.

Hi Steemians! Here is yesterday's Running Log.
Today I left them a little abandoned because I ran out of electricity in the house. So now that I am at work I can share this while I have my phone charging.
Yesterday after leaving work I arrived at the house and decided to go running. A fast race and trying to keep a steady pace.
In the end I ran 5.34 km at a pacw of 6'27 min/km, the clock marked me a running performance of 42 (the higher the better) so I think the task was fulfilled.
Por la tarde salí a Pachuca a realizar unos trámites pendientes y ya regresé bastante tarde a la casa, de echo, no fui siquiera a trabajar.
El día de hoy descanse todo el día. Además de que me quedé sin luz y prácticamente podríamos decir que fué un día perdido.
Eso es todo por ahora. Hasta la próxima.
In the afternoon I went to Pachuca to do some pending paperwork and I returned home quite late, in fact, I didn't even go to work.
Today rest all day. Besides that I ran out of light and we could practically say it was a lost day.
