Hello, I share with you my latest fan art and the drawing process through photos. It's a fan art of Link from the video game The Legend of Zelda. In this case, it's specifically the version of Link from the Nintendo 64 video game Majora's Mask. Of all the Links and all the universes, this one is my favorite, and I have always found him with a certain atmosphere of mystery and sadness, but at the same time the joy of a child. It's a video game that I recommend and that hasn't aged badly at all. I decided to draw him in this new style that I'm using because I think it suits him very well. And although lately my drawings are more fun and even have a cheerful and childlike touch, I haven't forgotten my goal, so tomorrow comes a drawing of faces, but not in the traditional sketchbook, rather digitally. As always, I used Ibis Paint to make this drawing. I hope you like the final result.
Hola, les comparto mi último fan art y el proceso de dibujo mediante fotos. Es un fan art de Link del videojuego The Legend of Zelda. En este caso es específicamente la versión de Link del videojuego de Nintendo 64 Majora's Mask. De todos los Links y de todos los universos, este es mi favorito, y siempre lo he encontrado con cierta atmósfera de misterio y tristeza, pero a la vez la alegría de un niño. Es un videojuego que recomiendo y que no ha envejecido nada mal. Decidí dibujarlo en este nuevo estilo que estoy usando porque creo que le va muy bien. Y aunque últimamente mis dibujos son más divertidos y hasta con un toque alegre e infantil, no me he olvidado de mi meta, así que mañana viene dibujito de rostros, pero no en el sketchbook tradicional, sino de forma digital. Como siempre estuve usando Ibis Paint para realizar este dibujo. Espero que les guste el resultado final.
I first started with a simple sketch of what I wanted: the pose and the facial elements, the clothing, and the mask could not be missing.
Partí primero con un boceto simple de lo que quería: la pose y los elementos del rostro, la ropa y no podía faltar la máscara.
I made the lines of my drawing using a brush that resembles a very textured pencil.
Hice las líneas de mi dibujo utilizando un pincel que recuerda a un lápiz muy texturizado.
The rest was to isolate the background from what would be my character and start with the color.
El resto fue aislar el fondo de lo que sería mi personaje y comenzar con el color.
In this image it was already acquiring the colors, and without a doubt it was the Link who visited the lands of Termina.
En esta imagen ya iba adquiriendo los colores y, sin dudas, era el Link que visitó las tierras de Termina.
