Greetings to the entire SWC and Hive community 🙋🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️.
Last night, Saturday (June 1, 2024), once I finished training the "Powermoves" combos and testing reps on it, I performed a "superset" routine that included basic exercises as well as "advanced isometrics".
This routine, I did it almost the same way as the week before last. The goal is to perform a total of 30 "pull-ups" and 30 "dips".
I would like to say that this time I did feel a better ability in the "one-handed pull-ups" mostly on the non-dominant side, osa, the izquierdo✊🏻📈.
